Stadsnyckeln intends to construct two buildings with offices and warehouses on the Fyllinge property. Building 1 of about 1,100 sqm BTA will have Anticimex as a tenant.
Building 2 of about 1,500 square metres GFA currently has no tenant. SWECSA AB conducted geotechnical investigations on the ground where data collection was carried out before construction.
