Swecsa has been commissioned by the land contractor HTE Produktion AB as site geotechnical engineer during the foundation work. Our geotechnical experts collaborate daily with Riksbyggen, Brixly and several measurement experts from various organisations to enable the foundation for the planned construction. The complex conditions and great challenges of the foundations characterise our experts' drive and knowledge in the field. Our experts are responsible for studies of ground movements, environmental impact caused by sheet piling, about 600 piles (56 m long), advanced calculations of measurement results, planning of piling order and plugging.
The Futura neighbourhood consists of three interconnected buildings, the largest of which has eight floors of apartments including a ground floor with commercial premises. There is a basement under the building and a garage under the courtyard. There will be a total of 197 apartments spread over 7 buildings varying between 3 and 8 floors.
