SWECSA is tasked with carrying out a detailed geotechnical field investigation, inventory of external pipelines and geotechnical laboratory analyses of samples with a focus on soil classification. Other mandatory objectives were to:
- Report the laboratory analysis and the field survey.
- Preparation of technical annexes and geotechnical drawings.
- Evaluation of soil/field data and reporting of results and parameters.
