Kulturmiljö Halland has been commissioned by Maria Hellekant, Macra Fastigheter AB, to carry out a cultural history study of the property Vindbryggan 3 in connection with the planning process.
The investigation shall show which cultural-historical values may be affected by an exploitation and contain a statement on future development within the property.
The property covered by the investigation is built with three buildings: the main hotel building and two farmhouses.
